Finish a fence, and the fence is on your record: the work, the hours, the rating. Line after line, in your name. That is the whole product.

It is called an NFT resume. NFT just means there is exactly one, and it is yours — a digital certificate of your work record, in your name on the public ledger.
In an AI world, that matters. What workers do becomes data other people own and profit from. We cannot stop that trade. We can change who holds the proof: yours is public, provable, portable — not a row in somebody's product.

Make your profile
Free, about a minute. Say what you do - cleaning, hauling, repairs. Upload whatever record you hold, and your skills and starting tier come off it - twenty years does not restart at zero.
Open the map
Jobs near you show as pins: what the work is, where it is, what it pays - all posted before you take it. What fits your trade shows up first - and any open job is yours to take. There is no wrong first job.
Finish the job
The work, the hours and the rating go onto your record, confirmed by the person who paid you.
Where it goes is up to you. Take the work you know, or try something you never got the chance to do — finish it, and it shows up on your profile as a new skill. The count climbs, the tier climbs. Set a goal — a trade, a license, a business with your name on it — and your profile turns it into a roadmap of real steps.

03 — What the work pays
What the work pays
Every job is posted with a tier and a pay range, so you know what it pays before you take it. Your tier moves on finished work and on nothing else. It cannot be bought — and once you reach a rung, it never goes back down. No one starts above you.

04 — The terms
The terms, plainly
Most apps stand between you and your pay, and take 20-30 percent for standing there. Here, nobody stands there at all: the person you worked for confirms the job, rates it, and pays you directly. Your pay never passes through our hands.

The same job, on a 20-30% app
Our fee is 2 to 5 percent - $4 to $10 on that job - and it goes on the poster's bill, not out of your pay. The price locks when you take the job; a later edit to the posting cannot change what you agreed to.
We never hold your money. You settle directly with the person who posted the job.
If they do not pay you, we cannot get it back for you. There is no payment protection here yet, and we will not pretend there is.
You never pay to bid. Seeing a job, taking a job - free. No card to join, either.
Cash-out for time tokens is not live yet. Your hours are counted now; turning them into cash is still being built.
OMM is in beta. Some of this is still being built, and this page says so where it is.
05 — The shape-up
Dock workers once stood at the pier every morning and waited to be picked - they called it the shape-up. In 1934 they shut down the entire West Coast to end it, and won a hiring hall: work handed out in turn, under a rule everyone could see. Then the apps rebuilt the shape-up - open it, refresh, hope you get picked, never told why not.
Here the rate is on the job before you take it. You do not have to ask anyone.
